When will I receive my order?

Generally, you should expect to receive your order from 14-21 days after it is placed. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Should you require faster shipping, Priority shipping is available through Customer Service at (800) 226-8024, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. (top)

 



What do I do if my shipment is damaged?

Contact us immediately and we will quickly send a replacement. (top)

 



What if I want to return my purchase?

Simply enclose the invoice with the book and return it to:

What if I only receive part of my order?

Our order fulfillment process fills each item as a unique order.  So, if you order more than one book, each book will be packed and sent separately.  You should receive your complete order within two weeks. (top)

 



What if I receive another invoice after I have paid for or returned the product?

Most likely your payment or the return and our invoice crossed in the mail.  It is not necessary to call or write.  However, if you receive an additional invoice on the next billing cycle, contact our Customer Service department to resolve the matter.  Make sure you have the order number indicated on the invoice. How can I make a payment online?

How do I get off of your mailing list?

Do you sell overseas?

Yes, our books are available overseas. However, we are not set up to handle international credit card orders over the internet at this time. To place an order for shipment overseas, please contact our customer service department at (800) 226-8024. (top)

We have the utmost confidence in the quality of our products. Therefore, if at any time you decide that the product does not meet your needs, for any reason, return it to us and we will send you a full refund. (top)
