7 Secrets for a Super-Lush Lawn    

Follow these tips for the best-looking lawn in the neighborhood:

1. Select the best grass for your climate and conditions.
2. Remove vegetation and loosen, enrich, and level the soil to prepare for a new lawn.
3. Lay sod if possible.  It’s more expensive but  more reliable than seed.
4. Water new grass often and thoroughly.  After roots are established, water deeply but less frequently.
5. When mowing, remove no more than the top third of the grass.
6. Use a mulching mower and leave the grass clippings to enrich the soil.
7. Rake leaves to prevent disease and allow sunlight to get to the grass.
